Noorder winter reigns up here, beyond the arctische Circle,
beckoning met its beauty en promise van Avontuur. We
invite you naar drive in 6 days met our comfortable
toering-car van de Witte Zee naar Barents Sea en ontmoet
all diversity customs en traditions many-sided Rusland
Noord: Saami, Pomorsky, en – the recent history van
Pioneers van developing the Noord.
Visit:
Kandalaksha is the oldest stad van Moermansk
regio. Harbour op de Witte Zee.
Umba is a very old en small dorp founded
in a middle van XV century. It keeps a lot van very old
houses built in a very special style van sea shore
dwellers named Pomor's. The National Pomorsky museum
tells about history en Life van Tersky Kust-dwellers en
is full van old artifacts – witnesses van Oeroude time. A
famous ensemble van folk singing en dancing will show us
beautiful performance. We will see wonderful handicrafts

Kirovsk en Apatity steden are neighbours.
Kirovsk
is the major berg – skiing centrum in de
Noordwest van Rusland. Apatity is the langste
scientific centrum in de Rusland Noord.

in de Lapland dorp Lovozero. The Saami are

Historical Museum in Lovozero has exhibition telling

Nowadays 15 fleets – merchant, vis, icebreaking en

Day 1, Friday: At 08.00 start van Rovaniemi. Lunch op
halfway in Alakurtti. Arrive in Kandalaksha; hotel check-in. In
evening a Rusland restaurant awaits met drinks, a good meal en
fine music.
Overnacht at the hotel.
Day 2, Saturday: Drive naar Umba dorp. A walk door Old
Umba; a visit naar Pomor’s Museum en naar craft shops; watch a
performance by the Pomor Folk Ensemble. Lunch in a restaurant. Drive
naar Kirovsk; hotel check-in. Dinner in a restaurant. Overnacht at the
hotel.
Day 3, Sunday: stadstoers in Kirovsk en Apatity. Visits naar
geologische en Historical musea en famous suovenir shop Salma.
Lunch in a restaurant. In evening a dinner in a bowling center.
Overnacht at the hotel.
Day 4, Monday: Travel naar de Lappish dorp van Lovozero.
The National Museum en a Lappish dance performance. Traditional
meal beside a campfire. Proceed naar Moermansk en check-in at a hotel.
Dinner en overnacht at the hotel.
Day 5, Tuesday: excursie door Moermansk. Visit the
Unknown Soldier memorial op de stad’s highest point. Visit naar de
Naval Museum. A visit naar de harbour naar view ships en icebreakers
met excursie naar Atoomijsbreker Lenin. Lunch in restaurant.
Visit naar Oceanarium. The late afternoon can be spent shopping en
exploring the stad op one’s own. in de evening a farewell party in
an Excellente restaurant met music en dancing.
Day 6, Wednesday: In the morning leave voor the border at
Lotta (Finland). A basket lunch will be provided. Arrive in Ivalo
late afternoon.
