Snow Fun "Polar Winter Week"

Have you ever been above the Polar Circle in winter?
Take your change and come to real Lapland; Russian
Lapland, where the Saami still herding the reindeers in
the old style. Visit the information centre in Saami
capital of Russian Lapland; Lovozero and be part of a
Saami Folk Concert.
Have a week full of northern activities like
cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, try out a snowmobile
and have Snow Fun. Your Polar Winter Week is based on
hotel and guesthouse accommodation full board.

Program description: |
Day 1: Arrival in Murmansk airport. Transfer to a hotel and
check-in.
Day 2 : After breakfast we have a city and harbour excursion and
visit to the Naval Museum. Lunch in a restaurant of the hotel. In afternoon
free time or (optional) we go to an activity centre in Murmansk’s
suburbs where we have a shashlyk-party in warm summerhouse and a
snowmobile safari. In evening transfer to the hotel. (B,L)
Day 3: Breakfast. At 9 o'clock transfer to Lovozero village
to watch a Saami Folk Concert and visit a national Lappish museum and
traditional work-shops. Lunch in Cultural Lappish Centre. Transfer to
Monchegorsk city and check-in a hotel. Dinner in a Karting centre with
possibility to drive a kart. Overnight in hotel. (B,L,D)
Day 4: Breakfast. At 9 o'clock we continue our travel through Kola
Peninsula to Lumberjack guesthouse “Yolki-Palki”. On our way we visit
Apatity City for excursions and Museums. Lunch in a restaurant in the
city. Late afternoon we arrive in “Yolki-Palki”. Sauna. Dinner. (B,L,D)
Day 5: Breakfast. Today we have a skiing day through frozen
winter forest with campfire lunch in wilderness. At a frozen lake we
stop for
trying luck in ice fishing. In evening sauna and dinner in
the guesthouse. (B,L,D)
Day 6: Breakfast. At 9.30 we drive to Downhill
slope for skiing. Lunch in a cafe. After lunch we go to Kirovsk city for excursions
or continue to ski. At 6 PM we will have 2 hours bowling
and dinner in Kirovsk’s Bowling Centre. For overnight we come back to
the guest house. Sauna.(B,L,D)
Day 7: Breakfast and transfer to Murmansk airport for departure.(B)

Passport must be valid at least 3 months after date of return. A
visa is required. We handle the tourist invitation.
