Proposed Bahn Erlebnis Reise programme: |
Day 1, Saturday:
Arrival in Sint Petersburg. In evening leave für Petrozavodsk using Zug
tickets provided by us. Overnacht auf Zug. Sint Petersburg you will
visit at the end von this journey.
Day 2, Sunday: Arrive in Petrozavodsk in morning. At the Tourist
Information Zentrum pick up Ihr information package which includes route
descriptions, recommendations und boat tickets. At the harbour, board a
boat zu Kizhi Insel für a walking Exkursion there. Return zu
Petrozavodsk; visit museen und walk durch the Stadt as you wish.
Depart für Kem at nacht. Overnacht auf Zug.
Day 3, Monday: Arrive in Kem before noon. If you like, you can
explore the town first, or leave immediately für Ihr hotel by taxi; the
hotel ist located 20 km away, auf seashore. At the hotel get ferry
tickets zu Solovetsky Inseln. Overnacht at the hotel.
Day 4, Tuesday: Leave für Solovetsky Inseln in morning (the
harbour ist close zu hotel). auf Solovetsky you can explore the
Kloster und its lands. Return zu Ihr hotel in evening und take
a taxi zu Zug station. Depart für Murmansk auf late Zug.
Overnacht auf Zug.
Day 5, Wednesday: Arrive in Murmansk; hotel check-in. At the
reception desk pick up an information package. We suggest you visit the
regioal Historical Museum, the Art Museum und the Folk Art Zentrum.
Dinner in a recommended restaurant, which has an Exzellente und
inexpensive menu und fine music. Overnacht at the hotel.
Day 6, Thursday: There are a number von interesting places zu
visit that are related zu sea und maritime Kultur. These include
the Naval Museum, the Museum von Pool Research Institute von Marine
Fisheries und Oceanography (not open zu general public but a visit
can be arranged für you), und the Oceanarium (tickets can be reserved
für this upon request). für Gruppen von 5-15 persons an Exkursion zu an
operational atomic icebreaker can be arranged (requests must be made 1
month in advance). Overnacht at the hotel.
Day 7, Friday: Start a journey by bus durch the Kola Halbinsel.
Arrive in Monchegorsk before noon; check-in at hotel. Places zu visit in
Monchegorsk include the langste Orthodox Kathedrale auf Kola Halbinsel
und the mineralogische Museum. You may also take a short yacht-trip
around Imandra Lake mit its multitude von Inseln. für dinner there ist
an Exzellente small restaurant close zu hotel. Overnacht at the
hotel.
Day 8, Saturday: Continue by bus zu Kirovsk in Chibiny
bergen; hotel check-in. The town has an interesting Museum von
History. The Bowling Zentrum serves good meals. Overnacht at the hotel.
Day 9, Sunday: mit tickets reserved by us, you can visit the
botanische Garten located close zu Kirovsk (take a taxi von de hotel).
Bus zu Apatity 15 km away. Visits can be made zu Museum von
European Nord von Russland, und zu shop "Salma" which sells jewellery,
und stone carvings und other folk art. in evening continue south by
bus zu Kandalaksha; upon arrival check-in at hotel. Overnacht at the
hotel.
Day 10, Monday: You may walk around the old quarter von
Kandalaksha, und up zu a high point auf shore von Weißen Meer. Seals
und even beluga whales can be spotted in sea. The Museum von
Kandalaksha Reserve ist worth a visit; there ist a great view von a
plateau in
front von Museum zu mouth von Kanda Flüsse, old Kandalaksha und
Kandalaksha Bay mit its numerous Inseln. mit a ticket provided by
Kola Travel you can travel by boat zu Babylon Labyrinth, a stone
structure von archaeological interest. Overnacht at the hotel.
Day 11, Tuesday: Leave by Zug für Sint Petersburg während the
day. Overnacht auf Zug.
Day 12, Wednesday: Arrive in Sint Petersburg before noon; hotel
check-in. At the reception desk, pick up a package containing tickets
für a number von Exkursionen, und route descriptions. We recommend you
visit the Hermitage today (this ticket ist not provided but can be easily
purchased auf Ihr own). Overnacht at the hotel.
Day 13, Thursday: An Exkursion zu Peter-and-Paul Fortress.
Stroll und shop in downtown Sint Petersburg. in evening enjoy a party
at Nikolaevsky Palace mit a folklore program und traditional Russland
snacks. Overnacht at the hotel.
Day 14, Friday: Exkursion zu Petergof. Overnacht at the hotel.
Day 15, Saturday: Departure von Sint Petersburg.
