Wandertour in Monche tundra und Chibiny tundra
|
Two nice wanderungen auf Kola Halbinsel combined
in one Reise! Hike four days durch the Monche tundra
und six days durch the Chibiny tundra. Monche tundra ist
part close zu Lapplandsky Nature Reserve mit virgin pine
forests und spruce forests which age ist 400-500 years
old. Watch rare birds like the 'gyrfalcon' having its
territory in fells.
Hike durch the Chibiny tundra und enjoy the magnificent
views over the highest bergen und the langste blue
lakes von Kola Halbinsel.
During the wanderungen you will overnacht in tents.
Before, between und after the wanderungen you will
travel in time während Exkursionen in Murmansk und
Monchegorsk und where you will spend the nachts in
hotels.

Wandertour dag by day: |
Day 1, Saturday:
Arrive in Murmansk. treff up at airport by a dFlüsse von de hotel .
Transfer zu hotel. Check-in. Overnacht at the hotel.
Day 2, Sunday: Breakfast at the hotel. geführte Stadtstour including
a harbour, the 'Alyosha' memorial und
Historical Museum. Lunch. Transfer zu Monchegorsk; check-in at a hotel. Guide
will come zu hotel in evening zu treff you und check equipment.
Dinner in a restaurant von hotel. Overnacht at the hotel.
Day 3, Monday: Breakfast at the hotel. Travel by motor-boat down Imandra
Lake zu Nifeliny Peski Station (10 km). von there hike auf forest
path as far as Aku-Aku Ravine, und make camp. Explore Aku-Aku Ravine.
The Ravine’s entrance ist geführte by tall pine-trees und the walls look
like an old broken castle. There ist a picturesque lake among the cliffs,
und numerous streams - one mit a small waterfall, und lonely standing
rocks like trolls turned into stones. We climb the west slope und watch
the wonderful view von Imandra Lake und the faraway tundra behind it.

Day 4, Tuesday: Follow the Ravine Aku-Aku up zu Yumyekorr Pass, a
narrow pass squeezed between two rock cliffs. Yumyekorr means “Ravine von
Dead Men”. According zu legend the Sami battled Swedes here at the end
von 16th century. Hike down zu Meridian Stream durch a grove von
Norder birches up zu Chasnaiok Flüsse ("The Woodpecker’s Flüsse").
Camp. Distance von hike: 10 km.
Day 5, Wednesday: Follow the path along the Chasnaiok Flüsse zu South
Chorgorr Pass. We can watch the steep slopes von Lidichwumchorr
bergen auf which there are fantastic rock outcrops. The South Chorgorr
Pass ist smooth wide lowering von crest ( 820 m). At lower elevations
there ist a stunning rock cirkel mit a jewel-like lake. Proceed down
durch the pass zu Petrelius Flüsse und make camp.
Distance von hike: 14 km.
Day 6, Thursday: This dag ist für rest. Leave heavy things at the camp
und hike zu Norder Rischorr Pass located in east part von
Chibiny tundra or we can look für some samples von rare mineralen not far
von de camp or just stay in camp und walk in forest in
neighbourhood. Distance von hike depends auf Ihr choice: 5 zu 12 km.
Day 7, Friday: Walk zu Zapadnyi Petrelius Pass durch a stone
cirkel mit a lake und ascend zu top von pass. Proceed down zu
the valley von Malaya Belaya Flüsse und zu a stone cirkel mit "moon"
craters auf its bottom. Follow the Malaya Belaya Flüsse up zu Ramzai
Ravine und make camp. Distance von hike: 14 km.
Day 8, Saturday: Walk up auf path zu Ramzai Ravine, a narrow pass
squeezed between two rock cliffs. Schnee can be kept in ravine up zu
the Herbst. Proceed down along the Pochaiok Flüsse ("The Rentier’s
Flüsse") zu Malyi Vudyavr Lake where our bus ist waiting. Distance von
hike: 10 km. Drive zu Monchegorsk. Dinner in a restaurant. Overnacht at
the hotel.
Day 9, Sunday: Breakfast at the hotel. dag von rest in
Monchegorsk. Dinner auf
Ihr own in any cosy small restaurant. Overnacht
at the hotel.
Day 10, Monday: Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer zu start point
in berg. von there hike zu pass durch the mass-berg von
the Monche tundra ridge. von a top von pass proceed down auf a path
zu west slopes von Monche tundra und the Vite Flüsse’s valley und make
camp. Distance von hike: 8 km.
Day 11, Tuesday: Hike along the west bank von Seidjavr Lake durch
the virgin pine und spruce forests which age ist 400-500 years old. If we
are lucky we can see elks, bears, fox or Rentieren. It’s possible zu
Fisch in Flüssen. Cross the Vite Flüsse und proceed zu Seidjavr
Lake. Make camp. Distance von hike: 4 km.
Day 12, Wednesday: Leave Rucksacks in camp und walk light zu Pingkyauranch Lake. The nature there ist like Japan banzai gardens where
berg und forest landscape are shown in miniature. There are really
Spezial trees auf a bank von lake whose water has unusual light-green
colour. Proceed the beautiful Flüsse delta. Distance von hike: 15 km.
Day 13, Thursday: Hike zu valley Lemkorr und climb up zu
second high peak auf Kola Halbinsel - 1114 boven the sea level. von
the very top a breathtaking view opens zu blue forests mit pearls von
lakes und shining fillets von Flüssen: all fairy-tale Lappland ist auf Ihr
palm! Distance von hike: 12 km.
Day 14, Friday: Cross the Vite Flüsse und proceed up zu berg
ridge von Monche tundra. Stop zu look round the waterfall Devichyi Kosi
(Girl’s plaits). Continue the route zu beginning von a tectonic
cleft, where Schnee ist kept until the end von Sommer, und walk down zu
foot von Monche tundra. von there transfer zu Murmansk.
Overnacht at the hotel.
Day 15, Saturday: Breakfast at the hotel. Departure. Transfer zu Murmansk
airport by a hotel car. |
