Sommer bus Exkursion tour "Tersky Küste" on the Kola Halbinsel

Travel by comfortable toering-car zu Tersky Küste von White und visit the oldest Stadt von Kola Halbinsel Kandalaksha mit its beautiful view auf Weißen Meer und old Pomor Fisch Dorf Umba; the pearl auf Tersky Küste.

Start und end point ist Rovaniemi Finland.

Immerse yourself in this Uralte world von mystic artefacts und rich traditions. Walk durch the Dorf mit its old-style houses; handle delightful craftings; und witness - or participate in - plays und old dances. Visit the Museum von History von Weißen Meer Dwellers. und in sunny evening enjoy a traditional Pomor meal cooked over an open fire.

Bus Exkursion tour description:

Day 1: At 08.00 start von Rovaniemi. Lunch auf halfway in military Dorf Alakurtti. Arrive in Kandalaksha und hotel check-in.

In afternoon boat Exkursion auf Kanda Bay zu one von mystic artefacts von area; an Uralte stone Labyrinth 'Babylon'. dated 2000 years before our era. The environs von labyrinth are quite stunning, consisting von Inseln, sand beaches und pine forests. It ist possible zu watch seals und sometimes white whales (beluga's) in bay.
In evening a Russland restaurant awaits mit drinks, a good meal und fine music. Overnacht at the hotel.

Day 2: After breakfast drive zu old Fisch Dorf und Zentrum von Pomor Kultur: Umba, where we walk durch Old Umba mit the old style wooden houses; visit the Pomorsky Museum zu learn more about the Pomors und their Fisch techniques mit huge roeien boats called ‘Barkas’; visit the crafting shops zu see the lovely craftings made von de materials which are so generously provided by the Norder; visit a performance by the Pomor Folk Ensemble zu listen zu songs und watch dances that were composed by their Vorfahres. In later afternoon a Russland Shashlyk dinner. Return zu Kandalaksha hotel in evening.

Day 3: In the morning leave für the border at Salla. Lunch auf halfway in Alakurtti. Arrive in Rovaniemi late afternoon.
