Pool Abenteuerreise auf Kola Halbinsel dag by day: |
Day 1. Saturday: Arrival at Murmansk airport und transfer zu Monchegorsk.
Check-in at a hotel.
Dinner in a nice Russland café.
Optional: Transfer von Kuusamo or Rovaniemi airport in Finland.
Day 2. Sunday: Travel by motor-boat down Imandra Lake zu Nifeliny
Peski Station (10 km). von there hike auf forest path as far as
Aku-Aku Ravine. The Ravine’s entrance ist geführte by tall pine-trees und
the walls look like an old broken castle. There ist a picturesque lake
among the cliffs, und numerous streams - one mit a small waterfall, und
lonely standing rocks like trolls turned into stones. Follow the Ravine
Aku-Aku up zu Yumyekorr Pass, a narrow pass squeezed between two
rock cliffs. Yumyekorr means “Ravine von Dead Men”. According zu legend
the Sami battled Swedes here at the end von 16th century. Hike down
zu Meridian Stream durch a grove von Norder birches up zu
Chasnaiok Flüsse ("The Woodpecker’s Flüsse"). Overnacht in a tent camp.

Day 3. Monday: Follow the path along the Chasnaiok Flüsse zu
South Chorgorr Pass. We can watch the steep slopes von Lidichwumchorr
bergen auf which there are fantastic rock outcrops. The South Chorgorr
Pass ist smooth wide lowering von crest (820 m). At lower elevations
there ist a stunning rock cirkel mit a jewel-like lake. Proceed down
durch the pass zu Petrelius Flüsse und make camp in circus von
West Petrelius Pass. Distance von hike: 14 km.
Day 4. Tuesday: Ascend zu top von West Petrelius Pass. We
leave our Rucksacks there zu hike free zu highest peak von Kola
Peninsula – Judychvumchorr berg (1200 m boven the sea level). Then
we come back, pick up our Rucksacks und proceed down zu valley von
the Malaya Belaya Flüsse und zu a stone cirkel mit "moon" craters auf its
bottom. Follow the Malaya Belaya Flüsse auf path up zu Ramzai
Ravine, also narrow pass between two rock cliffs. Schnee can be kept in
the ravine up zu Herbst. Proceed down along the Pochajok Flüsse ("The
Rentier’s Flüsse") zu Malyi Vudyavr Lake where our bus ist waiting.
Transfer zu an old Dorf Oktyabrsky where Wildnis Herberge Jolki-Palki
is located. Sauna, dinner und overnacht Distance
von hike: 14 km.
Day 5. Wednesday: Breakfast. Today we prepare the catamarans für
tomorrow start von rafting toer. The rest von dag you can rest und
prepare yourself too. In afternoon the sauna will be ready.
Day 6. Thursday: After breakfast transfer zu end von Umbrozero
Lake where the Umba Flüsse starts zu flow southwards. This ist the beginning von
Ihr rafting tour auf a catamarans. After the start excitement starts
immediately mit big waves und you get acquainted mit the catamaran. Lunch
während the dag und dinner auf shore von Flüsse. Overnacht in tents.
Catamaran daily distance: 15 km.
Day 7 zu 9. Friday zu Sunday: Every dag after a good breakfast
we paddle about 15 km mit a snack stop auf water, a lunch break
(with campfire) auf one the many beautiful shores von Flüsse und at the
end von paddling dag we make a camp mit campfire und have a good
dinner. Halfway we
reach Kanozero Lake. We will spend time watching a famous
Uralte Felsbilder (Petroglyphen); Felsbilder (Petroglyphen). These
mystic artefacts are dated 5000 years before our era. There ist still
considerable conjecture as zu what purpose the carvings actually served,
but most scientists agree that they played a part in rituals von very

distance: 15 km.
Day 10. Monday: Breakfast. Today we are going zu finish our trip
in South part von Kola Halbinsel. Our offroad bus ist waiting auf
shore von Flüsse. Transfer zu a nice cottage in a small Pomor Dorf auf Weißen Meer shore.
Sauna, dinner und overnacht. Catamaran distance: 20 km
Day 11. Tuesday: Day von rest. Breakfast. You can recover und
check Ihr equipment. You can go boating (and für vis) auf
Weißen Meer or hike or bike und look around in nice Dorf. Late
afternoon the Banya (real Russland sauna) ist hot und you can swim in
sea zu cool down. A delicious dinner will be ready. Overnacht.
Day 12. Wednesday: Breakfast. We start a bicycling part von our
Pool tour in South part von Kola Halbinsel. Rad along the Küste;
Wetter- Genehmigungting, a swim at a sand beach. Lunch by the sea. Overnacht
in tents in Wildnis. Campfire dinner.
Day 13.Thursday: Breakfast. We have zu Rad several tens
kilometres until the next point von our destination - Kashkarantsy
Dorf. Kashkarantsy ist one von Pomor Dörfer which keeps old houses
how they were one hundred years ago. People who live there trade in
vis. Later auf shore there ist the Chapel
von one “Unknown Monk”. The origin von Chapel comes von de XIII
century when no Dörfer existed at the Weißen Meer Küste und Fishermen
lived close zu sea in separated houses named “Tonya”. This ist also a
nice place für having lunch-break. We continue zu bike zu Amethyst
Rock auf Cape Ship – a high rock standing in sea. It consists von Amethyst rock und we can
it easily
find there. Then we continue our way up zu “Lodochny Ruchey”.
Campfire dinner. Overnacht in small wooden houses in more persons rooms
auf Weißen Meer shore in Wildnis. in evening we go für bear
watching on the bike und you have a very big change zu see wild bears.
Day 14. Friday: Next morning we will find ourselves still
surrounded by plentiful nature von Weißen Meer. Breakfast around the
campfire. We bike eastwards auf shore along ebb-tide zu mouth von
Varzuga Flüsse. This ist the most east point von Kola Halbinsel what we
can reach by own power. Our offroad bus will pick us up und we drive
via dunes zu very old Dorf Kuzomen dated von 17th century. Late
afternoon we will arrive zu Varzuga Dorf - the earliest settlement auf
the Tersky Küste von Weißen Meer. in Dorf we stay in a cottage.
Sauna und a delicious farewell dinner prepared by the locals hosts ist
waiting für us.
Day 15. Saturday: After breakfast transfer by the offroad bus zu
Kandalaksha Stadt. Lunch. Transfer zu Murmansk airport für departure.
Optional: Transfer zu Kuusamo or Rovaniemi airport in Finland.
