Our excursions start in Rovaniemi (Finland) and ends in Rovaniemi or Ivalo (Finland) depending on the program. Cross the exciting Russian border and experience the various landscapes and the beautiful flora and fauna of the Kola Peninsula during the white nights of the midsummer night or during the colourful polar night with the magical northern lights.

 

The kola Peninsula is also very rich in cultures. Not only we have here the culture of the Saami - the indigenous people, but also the Pomor culture of the Tersky (White Sea) Coast. Visit the Saami and Pomor settlements and familiarize yourself with the past and present days of these nice original cultures of the Kola Peninsula. We offer you several bus excursions (in English, German or French language) which you can easily add to your travel-schedule.

In Varzuga the Uspenkaya Church is under restoration now. Hopefully it will be open soon again.
